Joshua Rugh

Joshua Rugh currently serves as a Schedule Coordinator at NCPA since March 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at FRITO LAY from December 2015 to March 2022 as a Cogen Plant Operator, where responsibilities included operating and maintaining various power plant systems and troubleshooting using Control Logix. Joshua also has experience as a Lead Wind Technician at Terra-Gen Operating Company LLC from February 2014 to December 2015, overseeing mechanical operations including component change-outs. Earlier, Joshua held the position of Wind Technician at NextEra Energy Resources from June 2013 to February 2014, performing maintenance on wind turbines, both mechanical and electrical. Joshua earned an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Bakersfield College between 2020 and 2022.
