Paul Gibson

Paul Gibson is an experienced educator and community leader with a robust background in social action and educational methodologies. Since September 2010, Paul has served as the Leader of Community and Social Action at Northern College for Adults, where responsibilities include curriculum design and partnership development with community organizations. Prior roles include Tutor Manager for the Free Thinking programme, Coordinator in Community Learning, and Tutor Organiser in Trade Union Studies, showcasing a commitment to serving marginalized groups. Prior to a career in education, Paul worked for Johnson & Johnson as a machine setter and operator while also engaging in union activities. Paul holds both a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Huddersfield, further solidifying expertise in educational practices.
