With a PhD in law from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, a Master of Laws from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Maîtrise en Droit from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), Martin has a strong background in corporate law, M&A, commercial agreements, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
