Benjamin Creed

Benjamin Creed serves as Faculty Senate President and University Council Chair at Northern Illinois University since August 2016, while also holding the position of Associate Professor. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University from August 2011 to August 2016, where significant contributions were made to multiple research projects related to educational policy and private schooling, leading to several peer-reviewed articles and reports for UNICEF. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Educational Policy and Economics of Education from Michigan State University, a Master's degree in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Tulane University.
