Philip Baker

Philip Baker is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Capital Project Manager at Northern Ireland Water since July 2021, Philip previously held positions at AECOM from June 2015 to July 2021, including Senior Engineer and Project Manager. Prior to that, Philip worked as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Jacobs from January 2010 to June 2015 and began a career in engineering as a Student Engineer with Lagan Construction Group from June 2006 to June 2007. Philip Baker holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, which was completed in 2009.
