Ruben Altamirano

Ruben Altamirano is an experienced professional in pipeline regulatory compliance and engineering, currently serving as the Pipeline Regulatory Compliance Manager at Venture Global LNG since October 2022. Prior roles include Sr. Engineer of Operational Compliance at Enbridge and various specialist positions focusing on compliance and training at Energy Transfer, where responsibility included oversight of DOT compliance. Ruben's career also includes operational engineering experience at the NM Public Regulation Commission and project management roles within the City of Las Cruces Public Works Contracts Administration. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
