Omar Ambrogi

Omar Ambrogi has extensive work experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Omar started their career in 2009 at Becquerel Electric S.r.l., where they worked as a Project Engineer, focusing on greenfield project development in the wind and solar energy fields. Omar also gained expertise in electrical grid connection practices and authorization processes. In 2015, they joined Northern Power Systems as a Regional Product Support Engineer, managing over 400 turbines and providing technical coordination, customer relationship management, and troubleshooting support. Omar also conducted commissioning operations, production reporting, and analysis for energy production improvements. In 2019, they joined KONE Corporation as an Installation Supervisor in the Tre Mari area. There, they were responsible for overseeing the installation process. In 2022, Omar Ambrogi joined Emeren as a Senior Technical Manager and contributed to the company until 2023. Omar is currently working at Northern Power Systems as a Project Manager.

Omar Ambrogi's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Istituto Tecnico Nautico e per Geometri in Termoli (CB) and received a Diploma di scuola media superiore in Perito per i Trasporti Marittimi, specializing in Trasporto navale.

After completing their high school education, Omar went on to attend Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they earned a Laurea breve in Ingegneria Civile, specializing in Ingegneria (no specific start and end years provided).

Later, from 2001 to 2009, Omar attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna again, this time earning a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale, specializing in Ingegneria civile L.

In 2014 and 2015, Omar pursued further education at ISTUM - Istituto di Studi di Management, obtaining a MASTER's degree in Sistemi di Gestione integrati Qualità, Ambiente, Energia e Sicurezza.

In addition to their formal education, Omar has obtained various certifications. In 2013, they completed the "Corso addetti alla squadra antincendio – Basso rischio (DLgs 81/08, 4 ore)" at C.S.P.M.I. Centro Servizi Piccole e Medie Imprese Reggio Emilia. In 2012, they also obtained the certification of "Coordinatore della Sicurezza (DLgs 81/08, 120 ore)" from Beta formazione S.r.l.
