David Tanzer

David Tanzer currently serves as Executive Chairman at XGen Ai since 2020 and as a Board Member at Northern Revival Acquisition Corp, a SPAC focused on mergers in the technology sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Mercury FundingCo, LLC, established in 2019, David advises technology and real estate companies, with ongoing projects including EasyKnock, Inc. David has held several leadership roles, including CEO at TBD Safety, LLC and LifeShield, LLC, and President of The Noodle Companies, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed fundraising, finance, and corporate development. David's extensive experience includes serving as an Operating Partner at Lee Equity Partners, and Principal at Elevation Partners, along with various director roles across notable organizations. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
