Rylie Smith

Rylie Smith, MBA, currently serves as Solutions Operations Support Coordinator at Northern Safety & Industrial since November 2021. Previously, Rylie was a Marketing and Sales Specialist at BlueLeaf Laboratory, where responsibilities included leading a strategic rebranding initiative and identifying growth opportunities in the cannabis industry. Additional experience includes roles such as Ambulatory Field Operations Supervisor at Bluewater Diagnostic Laboratory, overseeing Covid-19 testing site logistics, and various marketing and operational roles at Indiana Caverns, University of Southern Indiana, and Ben Franklin Crafts. Rylie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, and is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
