Sydney Boland is a research assistant at NCSS, focusing on school climate and violence. They also work as a program assistant at NSSRA and have experience as a gymnastics and soccer coach. Sydney has volunteered at various organizations and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience at the University of Michigan.
