Archana Kumar

Archana Kumar serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer for Northern Trust Asset Management, overseeing strategy, business and digital transformation, and operations for a global asset manager with over a trillion dollars in assets. With a career at Northern Trust Corporation since November 2010, Archana has held various leadership positions, including Head of Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO, where responsibilities encompassed Corporate Strategy development and planning. Prior experiences include roles at HSBC from 2006 to 2010, progressing to Senior Finance Executive with a focus on management information and analysis, and at GE Healthcare from 1997 to 2006, where leadership roles involved business development and acquisition integrations. Archana Kumar holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and an MBA in Finance/Marketing from the University of Maryland.
