Tom Jackson

Tom Jackson currently serves as the Chief Architect at Northern Trust Corporation, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held significant leadership positions including EVP - COO/CTO of National IT at the Federal Reserve System from July 2019 to April 2022 and Managing Director at Citi from April 2002 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Tom was the Head of Infrastructure for Voyager Insurance, a division of Assurant Solutions, from October 1999 to April 2002. Tom Jackson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
