Joyce Johnson, MSM has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Joyce has held various leadership positions in well-known organizations. Most recently, they served as the VP of Human Resources at NOVEC. Prior to that, Joyce was the Vice President of Human Resources at Cytovance Biologics for six years. At Cimarron, they held the role of Human Resources Executive, where they played a crucial role in driving all functional aspects of HR and leading HR transformation projects. Before that, they worked at CIRCOR Energy - CIRCOR International as a Senior Human Resources Manager.
