Rodrigo Gomes

Rodrigo Gomes has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Rodrigo began their career in 2006 as the Director of camps and clinics at Gold Medal Squared, Inc, where they worked until 2011. In 2010, they joined MTRG - Comércio e Importação Ltda as the Director of Strategy and Operations, where they conducted market research for a U.S. nutritional supplements company in Brazil. In 2013, Gomes became the Executive Director of the Northern Virginia Volleyball Association, a position they held until 2016 when they were promoted to President/CEO. During their tenure, they increased the organization's net income, modified marketing and customer service strategies, secured key partnerships, and created a long-term HR strategy. In 2017, Gomes started working at Bossa Sports Group as the Managing Owner. Rodrigo conceptualized and led the brand "Vôlei nos EUA" (Volleyball in the United States), organized international camps, and partnered with the Rio de Janeiro Ministry of Sports for the project "Estudante do Esporte" (Sports students).

Rodrigo Gomes pursued their undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University from the year 2005 to 2010. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor's Degree in Latin America, Business Management, and Global Management.
