Jacqueline Malecha

Jacqueline Malecha is an experienced registered nurse currently working at Northfield Hospital + Clinics since August 2020, and also serves as the owner of Green Cottage Creations since 2019. Previously, Jacqueline held several roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from April 2014 to May 2019, including Clinical Operations Analyst Principal and Care Management Manager, where responsibilities included developing clinical pilot programs and managing RN Health Coaching teams. Additional experience includes positions as Clinical Care Manager at Healthsense, Supervisor of the National Care Coordination Team at Medica, CM/DM Case Manager at OptumHealth, and various nursing roles at Minnesota Gastroenterology and Fairview Health Services. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Inver Hills Community College.
