Joanna Williams

Joanna Williams has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Joanna started their career at Morpheus Limited in 1997, where they held the position of Director until 2009. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. Following their time at Morpheus Limited, Joanna joined Northgate Public Services in 2009 as the Head of PSO & Revenue Assurance. Joanna was responsible for managing the Project Support Office & Revenue Assurance team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and meeting business needs. Joanna's proficiency in project tracking, revenue assurance, management reporting, and resource management contributed to the company's overall success.

Joanna Williams obtained their Master's Degree in Public Order Research & Information Management from the University of Leicester. Joanna completed this program from 1992 to 1995.
