Lijo John, CISCP-CISCM, has a diverse work experience in operations, supply chain, finance, and administration. Lijo started their career at Eklavya Solutions as a Senior Writer and Consultant, where they successfully cleared a six-month backlog within two months and created impactful CVs and resumes. Lijo then joined IBM as a Financial and Admin Business Associate, where they handled import and export documentation, ensured compliance requirements were met, and maintained coordination with cross-functional teams. Lijo later worked at Sun & Sand Sports as a Shipping Assistant and then as a Supply Chain Officer, where they gained experience in e-commerce operations and shipping. Currently, Lijo is an Operations Executive at NorthLadder, where they are responsible for overseeing operations.

Lijo John, CISCP-CISCM, has a comprehensive education history. Lijo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from ADITYA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES AND RESEARCH between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets from Vivek College of Commerce from 2013 to 2016, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Lijo also holds a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from Patkar Varde College of Science, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013.
