Ross Shearouse

Ross Shearouse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ross began their career as the Director Customer Service and Warranty at KB Home's Coastal Valley Division, where they played a key role in the startup of the division and oversaw the completion of mixed-use commercial and residential properties. In 2006, Shearouse joined NRI Construction as a Sr. Business Development, Warranty Manager, and Sr. Estimator. Ross was responsible for business development, managing warranties, and estimating projects. Shearouse then moved to Education Realty Trust in 2011, where they served as the National Construction and Maintenance Manager. After that, they founded ORSO Construction Services LLC in 2013, where they worked as the Owner. Currently, Shearouse holds the position of AVP Capital Projects at Northland Investment Corporation, where they are responsible for overseeing capital projects.

Ross Shearouse attended Georgia Southern University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business.
