Justin Green has extensive work experience in project quality management. Justin currently holds the position of Project Quality Director at Northland Power Inc., where they are responsible for the Project Quality Management of the Hai Long Offshore Windfarm Project. Prior to this, Justin served as a Project Quality Manager at Macquarie Capital, where they oversaw the quality management of the Formosa 2 Offshore Windfarm Project. Justin also held the position of Project Quality Manager at Ørsted, where they managed the Project Quality Management of the Hornsea 1 Offshore Windfarm Project. Justin has also worked as a Project Quality Coordinator Consultant at DONG Energy, a Supply Chain Quality/Development Engineer at Airbus, and a Quality Engineer at Ultra Electronics Nuclear Control Systems and B/E Aerospace. Justin has gained experience in various quality management roles and has a strong understanding of quality planning, supplier performance, and project lifecycle management.

- In 2021, Justin completed the CQI Practitioner Course - 'Quality in Construction' at Abbassi Ltd, where they studied Quality Management.

- In 2013, Justin received a Certificate in ISO9001 Lead Audit from IQMS.
