Jen Fullerton

As a people & culture champion and strategic transformation leader, Jen believes in lifelong learning and development and loves supporting others in achieving their dreams and ambitions. Before joining Northland, Jen was the Director of Organizational Change Management at UBC where she led the development of HR strategies within a people centric culture as well as leadership programs and initiatives to drive culture management while supporting UBC’s strategic goals.
