Ron Cecillon

Ron Cecillon, MBA has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Ron has held various senior leadership positions, including President and CEO of Nando's Canada, where they transformed the company's business model and achieved significant sales growth. Ron has also served as Vice President of Operations at Cara Operations, where they led multiple teams and achieved strong business results. Ron has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, and people development. Ron has recently served as the Managing Director at Northland Properties and President and CEO of CEFA Early Learning. Ron has also worked as a strategic advisor for companies such as ChefHero and Kitchen Hub Inc. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated a strong focus on driving profitability, improving guest experience, and fostering growth in the organizations they have worked for.

Ron Cecillon, MBA has a diverse education history. Ron completed their MBA with a focus on Marketing from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, from 2016 to 2020. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing Management from Cornell University and completed an Executive Development program at Ivey Business School at Western University, specializing in Presentation and Persuasion techniques. In 2017, they received a Certificate in Strategic IQ from Harvard Business School, focusing on Strategy. Ron also pursued Liberal and Professional Studies at the University of Windsor. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Canadian Investment Manager from IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada) and as a Certified Insurance Consultant License (Life & Health), Individual from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) in 2020. Ron's educational journey also includes pursuing Level 2 Wine Education from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
