Laura Dimitry

Laura Dimitry has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Laura currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Northleaf Capital Partners. Prior to this role, they worked at RBC for several years, where they held various roles. These positions include Director, Senior HR Business Partner, Associate in the RBC Leadership Development Program - Enterprise, Human Resources Business Partner, Associate Human Resources Business Partner, and Compensation Consultant. Before their time at RBC, Laura worked at Sun Life Financial as a Compensation Analyst. Laura began their career at RBC Royal Bank as an Account Manager, where they provided financial advice and managed client accounts.
