In addition, Ronald has been a Consultant/Trainer/Motivational Speaker at Southwestern Consulting since 2019, focusing on leadership development in various sectors. Ronald's distinguished 33-year tenure as a Music and Technology Educator at Danvers High School involved directing multiple ensembles and pioneering a state-of-the-art Music Technology Laboratory. With advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Music Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Ronald has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to fostering student potential throughout their career.
