Greg Wareham

Greg Wareham has over 27 years of experience in the mortgage and financial industry. Greg is currently the Director of Sales at Northpointe Bank, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Vice President at HarborOne Mortgage from December 2016 to June 2021. In 2015, they served as the New Jersey Coast Manager at EverBank, where they were responsible for hiring and managing loan officers in various locations. From 2001 to 2014, they were the Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, overseeing large teams of loan officers and processors. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Branch Manager at Chase Home Finance. Greg began their career in 1998 as a Sales Manager at Champion Mortgage, where they built a highly successful sales team. Greg'sprofessional journey began in 1994 with a sales role at First Investors Corporation.

From 1990 to 1995, Greg Wareham attended Bridgewater State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
