Jelena Jovicic is currently working as the People and Culture Senior Partner at Northprim. Jelena has experience in recruitment and onboarding, talent acquisition, employer branding, and people development. Prior to Northprim, Jelena worked as a Hiring Coordinator at Trizma and as a Recruitment intern at Transcom. Jelena holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade.
