Marilyn Hernandez is a proficient electrical engineer with substantial experience in project leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration. Currently serving as UGV Electrical Team Co-Lead at Northrop Grumman Collaboration Project, Marilyn directs a team of engineers to develop electrical systems for advanced autonomous Search and Rescue systems. As ChemE Car Power Team Lead for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Marilyn oversees the design and construction of a chemically powered car for competitions and utilizes simulation tools for circuit design. Previously held the role of Deputy Team Lead at Bronco Space, where Marilyn designed hardware for a CubeSat subsystem, and gained experience as a Test Engineer with the Air Force Civilian Service, completing tests aligned with critical performance metrics. Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, with an expected graduation in May 2025.
