Arlez Arellano

Arlez Arellano is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and operations. Currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Northrop Grumman since May 2020, Arlez has previously held roles as Lead Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior to this, Arlez worked at Equinix as a Global Operations Senior Support Associate, where responsibilities included engaging with business owners to analyze and improve business processes across data center facilities. Arlez also contributed as a Partner at Tidal Investment Partners, focusing on blockchain-based capital markets, and served as a Field Sales Engineer at Emerson, interpreting technical specifications and collaborating on data center designs. An early career role as an Intern, Data Center Operations Analyst at Citi involved independent task management and initiative in operational procedures.
