Billy Palmer is a seasoned aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman since December 2020, Billy has previously held multiple engineering and managerial positions at the same company, contributing to program development and support. Prior to this, Billy was the Director of Engineering, Production Test & Sustainment for the New Shepard rocket program at Blue Origin from May 2019 to December 2020. With earlier roles at Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing, Billy has developed expertise in structural design and aeronautical engineering. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from UC Irvine and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
