Bob Petersen

Bob Petersen, MBA, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting across various industries, including defense, healthcare, and technology. Currently serving as a Sr Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman, Bob manages recruiting efforts for the Defense Services Group. In addition to this role, Bob is the Director of Referee Assessment for the Minnesota State Referee Committee and a National Referee Coach, overseeing referee assessment programs. Previous positions include Corporate Recruiter at Universal Hospital Services, where Bob focused on talent acquisition in multiple functions, and various consulting roles, enhancing recruiting strategies and processes at organizations such as C.H.
