Galen Ko

Galen Ko is an accomplished Systems Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, with extensive experience in engineering leadership roles within the defense and aviation sectors. Prior to this current position, Galen served as Director of Engineering at Aethercomm, leading design engineering teams on projects valued between $50-$100 million and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Woodward, where Galen focused on Thrust Reverser Actuation Systems, and Mechanical Design Engineer at GE Aviation. Galen holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master’s in Systems Architecting and Engineering from the University of Southern California, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from UC Irvine.
