Jessica Devilbiss

Jessica DeVilbiss is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently, Jessica serves as Director of Talent Acquisition for the Aeronautics Sector at Northrop Grumman, having progressed through various roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager since joining the company in December 2017. Prior to this, Jessica was Managing Partner at Talent Connection LLC, a women-owned search and consulting firm, and held leadership positions at Luxottica Retail, First Group, and TEKsystems, where responsibilities encompassed full life-cycle recruiting, strategic initiatives, and client relationship management. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2006.
