Jimmy Lucas

Jimmy Lucas is an experienced software development analyst currently at Northrop Grumman since August 2020, previously serving as an associate software development analyst. At California State University, Long Beach, from August 2018 to May 2020, Jimmy held the role of Long Beach Rocketry Manufacturing Lead, where significant contributions included designing a carbon fiber fin system and manufacturing components based on CAD specifications. Additionally, Jimmy served as treasurer for MAES - Latinos in Science and Engineering, overseeing financial affairs for various events. A quality engineer intern at Butler Aerospace & Defense from July 2019 to February 2020, skills included coding a database using VBA and conducting inspections. Jimmy holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, obtained in 2020, after completing high school at Cathedral City High School in 2016.
