Jodi Krakar

Jodi Krakar is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in human resources and recruitment. Since June 2016, Jodi has served as Talent Acquisition Director at Northrop Grumman Corporation, a global security company specializing in innovative systems and solutions. Prior to this role, Jodi was the Global HR / Talent Acquisition Director at AIG, the world's largest insurance organization, from August 2011 to March 2016. Jodi's career in talent acquisition began at Zurich Insurance Company, where Jodi held the position of Talent Acquisition Regional Recruitment Manager from October 1996 to August 2011. Jodi holds a JD in Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BSBA in Business - Human Resources from the University of Central Florida.
