Karlyn Buker

Karlyn Buker is a seasoned business analyst and sports specialist with extensive experience in both the business and athletics sectors. Currently serving as a business analyst at Northrop Grumman since August 2024, Karlyn previously managed over 100 grants and contracts at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Karlyn's background in sports includes roles as a countywide sports specialist with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and as an assistant softball coach at various universities. As an instructor at 5 Star Athletics since 2011, Karlyn has focused on empowering young females through softball education. Karlyn holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Tampa.
