Karoline Newell

Karoline Newell is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leading strategic communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Communications at Northrop Grumman since August 2023, Newell's previous roles include Senior Manager of Executive and Employee Communications at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, and Senior Manager of Strategic, Internal and Family Communications at Sunrise Senior Living, where Newell shaped employee and customer experiences for over 22,000 team members and 30,000 residents. With prior positions at Lockheed Martin, The Walt Disney Company, and various military organizations, Newell has demonstrated expertise in employee-facing communications, media relations, and public affairs planning. Newell holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Saint Joseph's University and a Master's degree in International Relations from Webster University.
