Roxanne Lepore

Roxanne Lepore is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and securities. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Northrop Grumman, Roxanne previously held the position of Corporate Counsel focusing on corporate transactions and competition within the same company. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Roxanne worked as a Corporate Associate at Fried Frank. Roxanne earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Sociology from William & Mary obtained in 2010.
