Justin Falcon, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Legal Compliance at L3Harris Technologies, having progressed through various leadership roles in Legal and Trade Compliance since October 2019. Prior to this position, Justin Falcon was a Program Security Manager in the United States Air Force and gained extensive experience as a Supervisory Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Justin Falcon has a strong background in compliance, investigation, and security management, demonstrated by successful case resolutions and ethical oversight that safeguarded thousands of employees. Educational accomplishments include a Master's in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, alongside multiple associate degrees in relevant fields.
