Shanelle Travers

Shanelle Travers, MBA, currently serves as a Global Supply Chain Manager at Northrop Grumman since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading multi-disciplined teams for supplier assessment, collaboration with procurement on contract structuring, and risk assessment for new product launches. Previously, Shanelle held roles at Flowserve Corporation from August 2012 to April 2017, where achievements included managing substantial commodity spends and improving supplier performance metrics. Early career experience includes a position as Lean Process Improvement Leader at ITT, focusing on continuous improvement methodologies. Shanelle holds an MBA in Data Analytics from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western New England University.
