Simon Mason

Simon Mason is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and consulting industries. Currently serving as President & CEO of Prospector Corporation since April 2010, Simon has successfully developed Golftec franchises in Utah. Simon also holds the position of Vice President at Northrop Grumman, overseeing the commercial composite aerostructure business with a significant P&L responsibility of over $200 million and a $3 billion backlog. Prior roles at Rolls-Royce include Director/General Manager, where Simon managed a team overseeing engineering, finance, operations, purchasing, and security for a workforce of up to 600 employees. Simon's tenure at Rolls-Royce also includes positions focused on strategic planning and manufacturing oversight. Simon began the career as Program Manager at Lucas Gear Systems, further solidifying expertise in program management and business processes. Educationally, Simon holds a BengHons in Mechanical Engineering from the University of London.
