Tiffany Esther

Tiffany Esther, CFCM, has extensive experience in supply chain management, primarily at Northrop Grumman, where Tiffany has served as Global Supply Chain Manager since March 2015, leading a team of Procurement Contracting Officers and managing the subcontract life cycle for various programs. Prior roles include Senior Supply Chain Analyst, and Senior Subcontract Manager-International, focusing on the development of proposal documents and subcontract management. Earlier experience includes serving as Investment Chair for the Junior League of Baltimore in 2016 and as Senior Subcontract Manager at Raytheon Integrated Defense, where Tiffany managed international subcontracts for Direct Commercial and Foreign Military Sales. Tiffany began a career at Raytheon in 2008 as a Subcontract Manager, overseeing subcontract processes from proposal through contract closure. Tiffany holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of Arizona.
