Susan Liu

Susan Liu has a diverse and impressive work experience. Susan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Parallel, a position they have held since January 2022.

Prior to their current role, Susan was the Head of Growth and Growth Ops and Board Director at Northspyre. Susan played a crucial role in growing the company from its launch to managing over $4 billion worth of projects. Susan oversaw various areas, including growth strategy, pricing and sales strategy, sales operations, and investor reporting.

Susan also worked at Cerebral Care, where they were the Vice President of Clinical Operations. Susan led the clinical operations and customer service function, scaling the operations to serve over 200,000 patients and expanding the clinical network to more than 2,000 nationwide in less than two years.

Before Cerebral Care, Susan was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for a year and a half. Susan also briefly worked at Satya Capital and Rising Academy Network, where they gained experience in emerging markets private equity and scale-up strategy and marketing, respectively.

Susan started their career at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where they held multiple roles in the Health Financing Team. Susan developed innovative financing mechanisms and partnerships to improve vaccine access for low-income countries and worked on global vaccines market access.

Susan Liu has a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Yale University. Susan also holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School and is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School.
