Goldie Gupta

Goldie Gupta, CPA, has over two decades of experience in financial leadership roles. Starting as a Tax Manager at Arora and Bansal, Chartered Accountants in India, Goldie progressed to become a Partner at MSN & Co. Gupta then transitioned to VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at R1 RCM, where they orchestrated financial restatements and filings. As the CFO of Marquee Dental Partners, Goldie raised capital, implemented financial controls, and oversaw significant business expansion. Most recently, as the CFO of Ovation Fertility and NorthStar Anesthesia, Goldie orchestrated successful exits and established high-performing finance teams.

Goldie Gupta, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Punjabi University (1992-1995). In addition, Goldie has obtained certifications in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions Modeling, Business Valuation Modeling, Certified Public Accountant, and Chartered Accountant (India) from various institutions.
