Matthew Danley, D.O. has a diverse work experience history, starting as an Emergency Medical Technician Basic at LifeNET Emergency Medical Services, Inc. in 2007. Matthew then served in various roles at different healthcare institutions such as Baylor Scott & White Health, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and NorthStar Anesthesia, where they held positions such as Anesthesiology Resident, Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellow, and Medical Director of Anesthesiology. In addition to their clinical roles, Matthew also has experience in education, global health, and quality improvement committee membership within the field of anesthesiology.

Matthew Danley, D.O. earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration with High Honors from Texarkana College in 2007. Matthew then completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. Matthew went on to receive their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from UNT Health Science Center in 2015. Matthew completed their Anesthesiology Residency at BSWH Temple through Texas A&M University School of Medicine from 2015 to 2019. Following this, Matthew pursued an Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics from Texas Christian University between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, in 2022, they completed the Morpheus Consortium Perioperative Online Modules at Duke University School of Medicine through the Anesthesia Value Institute Perioperative Course.
