The founding team at Northstar has a history of working in technology and startups. Prior to Northstar, the team worked at companies such as Medium.com, Chain, Coach.me, Path, and Drop.io. They also have experience in venture capital, with team members having worked at Red Swan Ventures and Raptor Capital Management. The team is well-educated, with degrees from the Colorado School of Mines and Princeton University.
