Chris Rogerson

Chris Rogerson is an accomplished HR consultant with extensive experience in various high-level HR roles. Currently, Chris serves as a consultant at CR Coaching and HR since March 2018 and as the Group Head of HR & Development for Northstone (NI) Limited since June 2020. Previous positions include Associate at hpc - Results through People from September 2018 to June 2020 and Director of HR and Learning & Development at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP from April 2000 to February 2018. Earlier career experience includes Manufacturing HR and employee relations at Dunlop Tyres and assistant roles at Barclays Mercantile, where Chris supported operations in a big ticket leasing context. Chris holds an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick and a BSc Hons in Economics from the University of Bath.
