Carrie Findle

Carrie Findle has a long history of work experience in the engineering field. Carrie began their career in 2008 as a System Analyst at Boeing. In 2009, they moved to Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they served as Systems Engineering Lead. In 2014, they joined Radix Metasystems as a System Engineer. Finally, in 2017, they joined Northstrat Incorporated as a System Engineer, where they managed a small team of engineers for an R&D program. Carrie also introduced Agile concepts to the team and changed the engineering process to incorporate more Agile development practices. Additionally, they were responsible for establishing product vision and goals.

Carrie Findle holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2008. Carrie then went on to obtain a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from Penn State University in 2012. Additionally, Carrie has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) from Scrum Alliance in September 2021, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)\u00ae from Project Management Institute in July 2020, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2021, and Security+ from CompTIA.
