Juan Pardo, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Juan currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Northvolt since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lam Research, where they held several roles including Director of Global Supply Chain Management from July 2021 to April 2023, Director of Pilot Manufacturing Operations from February 2021 to July 2021, Senior Manager of Pilot Manufacturing from June 2014 to February 2021, Sr. Production Assembly Supervisor from March 2009 to June 2014, and Manufacturing Quality Engineer in the Manufacturing Quality Assurance Department from April 2007 to March 2009.

Juan Pardo, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus on Business Administration from DeVry University in 2010. Juan then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Portland State University - School of Business from 2017 to 2019.
