Gillian Glenn

Gillian Glenn holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Greenwich Village Hospital within Northwell Health since July 2021, Gillian has held various roles in healthcare operations, including Manager of Operations for the Emergency Department and Administrative Fellow. Previous experience includes a Health Systems Specialist Trainee position at Birmingham VA Healthcare System, where initiatives to enhance patient flow and provider training were implemented. Gillian also contributed to UAB School of Health Professions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and gained experience through roles in marketing and patient engagement at AdventHealth and UAB Medicine. Additional experience includes leadership in community and organizational initiatives, exemplified by a role as Director of Rituals at Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and various internships focusing on community outreach and support.
