Marsha Massiah

Marsha Massiah-Aaron is an experienced Epic Instructional Designer and consultant with a focus on Grand Central, Prelude, and Cadence, currently self-employed since July 2019. As the Founder and Executive Director of the Brooklyn Caribbean Literary Festival, a role held since 2018, Marsha has led innovative projects across various industries. Past consultancy roles include team lead during ambulatory EPIC go-lives at Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc., and NYU Langone Medical Center, along with prior positions at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where Marsha excelled as an instructional designer and trainer. Academic experience includes serving as an instructor at Medgar Evers College, and Marsha holds multiple degrees and certifications from esteemed institutions such as the University of the West Indies and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
