Natasha Scarzella

Natasha Scarzella is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, talent acquisition, and compensation strategies. Currently serving as a People Leader HR Partner at Northwell Health since June 2025, Natasha previously held roles at Target, where responsibilities included designing compensation strategies and managing talent acquisition across multiple states. Natasha's earlier experience at Stony Brook University encompassed positions as an Adjunct Faculty, Human Resources Assistant, and Office Assistant, where skills in public speaking, curriculum development, and administrative support were honed. In addition, Natasha briefly served as a Human Resources Administrator at Henry Schein. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, both from Stony Brook University.
